I purchased a Rubinet faucet from Preston Hardware near twelve years ago. The faucet worked well until very recently when the spigot seized. I contacted Rubinet and they sent a replacement cartridge within days. Hesitant to replace the cartridge myself, I contacted Preston Hardware for help in doing so. I took the faucet into Preston Hardware this morning and it was ready for pick-up within 90 minutes. Thank you, Nuno for providing excellence in service.

Andrew is a very easy going guy who is also open to negotiation Bought a 2004 Ford Focus zx5, Exprienced a few problems shortly after buying the car and he gladly took the car back to get it looked after.
