Dr Rose was amazing at helping me see the forest from the trees, AND equipping me with simple-to-apply approaches to deal with stress, anxiety, depression. Have added to my tool box! He is personable, a great listener, and able to provide real examples of ways others might deal with the same issues. I was looking for a bailiff to serve a court decision/letter to a non-paying tenant. I was a new landlord and had barely any idea about the entire process. Don not only served the letter to the tenant in his first try, he also has provided me with so many important information related to finding a good tenant and various court regulations. His support and service was amazing. He is an extremely well informed and helpful bailiff. Not to mention, he speaks both English and French without difficulty. Dwain Hawn is extremely versed in the world of cars and knows what he is doing. He does not believe in charging for something that is not needed and will even help you by phone for free if he can. So far, we apparently had an oil pan that was leaking and that garages were going to charge us over $1200 to fix or just $100 to look at. We brought the car over to Dwain and he looked at it, tightened a bolt and, low and behold, no more leak. The pan was perfectly fine and it cost us nothing.
