The service we receive at Waterloo Appliance Plus has been outstanding and John and Karen have gone out of their way to take care of us. Given we're shopping for top end appliances for our entire home our decision to listen to the referrals from friends was a very good judgement call on our part. Initially we used John for the front lawn.He always does an excellent job and comes on a regular basis.We started using his services for the snow removal a couple of years ago. We don't need to be the first ones to be cleared after a snow storm but whenever we have to go somewhere we let him know and he is very prompt to clear our driveway.We go away during the winter and we can rely on John to keep our property up to code.100% satisfied with the services and recommends Lawns of Distinction.

We hired Tim and Crew to put an addition on our cottage. We were a little worried at first because they had to live in the cottage during the construction. We had nothing to worry about! When we arrived to inspect the job, the cottage was cleaner then we had ever seen it.
