This outfit was recommended to me to get a little bumper scratch fixed. It occurred most likely at a parking lot. My contact person at the outfit was Matt. He treated me with utmost respect and amazed me when he declined to accept a token price we had agreed upon. The amount involved was not a lot but his humanity came through. I went to Downtown Digital because my ipod classic headphone jack was broken. Apple no longer makes these products anymore and no longer services them, This was sad news to me because I depend on my ipod for holding all my music where I go, something I really value.
