While visiting in Ottawa, I had some problems with my Nissan Murano. I tried a number of shops but everyone was busy. I noticed that the best rating was given to AC Automotive. I called and they managed to squeeze me in. Jeff and Eric went beyond what you would truly expect. I spoke to customers at the shop and they all agreed that the staff at AC Automotive are polite, and perform excellent work. Really nice to find a shop that does what they say and then back it up!

I got Peter at Altex to replace the heat pump in my condo apartment. I am very pleased with the service he offered and the price that was charged. He covered the area where he was working with carpet. He was very clean in his work and installation, taking care to properly staple the wire and install the thermostat unit in a convenient location.
