VERY pleased with the service we received from Amy as well as further input from Mel and Kelly for our home insurance needs. Mel took the time to review our policy and our 15 years of dealing with Co-operators and brought our coverage up to the proper requirements. As a consumer, I can't express how important it is to take the time each year upon renewal to sit down with your broker and review your policy, things change. Don't just get your renewal notice and pay it. Thank you Krut Insurance.Read more

The history of the Cold Lake area can be traced back to 1821 when the Hudson's Bay Company established the Beaver Crossing trading post on the shores of the Beaver River. This trading post was part of a network used to transport furs from Lac La Biche to the east, serving an important role in the country's early fur trade industry. However, it was not until 1905 that the first British, Swedish, Norwegian, Swiss and French-speaking homesteaders arrived and settled the area.
