The title says it all. I am a big believer in the hand-written thank you note after job interviews or other business transactions. Most of the time, as a guy, even a griffinguy, you are given two choices for thank you cards...boring and flowery. Not at Buchan's. Our igniter element on the gas furnace burned out. The technician (Lokman) arrived on schedule and was a very experienced serviceman. He replaced the element quickly and tested the operations of the furnace, all the while explaining its function and safety features. Being an engineer, I was interested in his explanations.
Lokman is no doubt a very valuable asset to your company - I highly recommend that you keep him happy..!

Bobs Driveline has installed engines, rebuilt drivetrains and dealt with electrical problems I have had. It has been at least 10 years and still my preferred shop for major ticket repairs.
