I may suggest or invite you to try something that feels different, and you always have the right to say yes or no. We proceed at your pace, not mine. Some people come to counselling eager to make changes; others need time to work through their feelings and get more clarity before they are ready to make a change in their life. Affordable counselling should be available to everyone. For this reason, I offer a sliding scale fee for those of limited means, as well as shorter or less frequent appointments.
