I've been attending this gym for the past 2.5 years and it has been life changing! I've been to many crossfit boxes over the past 2 years and none of them compare to Crossfit Mississauga. The trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful, the programming is amazing and the members are all very friendly! I definitely recommend this gym!

I've been going to the clinic since 2007 and have experienced nothing but satisfaction with the service and the staff. They always go above and beyond to make sure their patients are happy. I love how personal each appt. is- you don't feel like just another client. I've been able to manage my chronic back pain with regular visits; Dr. Watson (literally) has my back covered! My mom has been at this nursing home for 5 years now it is a wonderful place friendly staff always willing to listen and communicate by phone or email They take really good care of my mom and treated her with respect. When we go visit they are very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place
