Forms often ask for examples of things that you have done. By asking for these examples the employer is giving you the chance to demonstrate that you have the skills and abilities, sometimes called competencies, that they are looking for. You can use examples from study, work or your other activities and interests. Make sure that you describe each situation in the way they ask and that you clearly bring out the part you played. These competency based questions can take a lot of time to answer and you might also find it hard to come up with good examples. They are deliberately made difficult for two reasons The employer is testing to see if there is evidence that you have the qualities they are seeking. If you are having trouble finding examples of the things they want, this may mean that you don't, yet, have enough depth of experience. Unis students are fortunate because the professional training, gained during a placement year, is usually a rich source of examples, but they can come from any recent aspect of your life.

Touchbox Media provided a photo booth for my organization's annual fundraising gala. It was an incredible contribution to the evening- our guests, staff, and volunteers were all striking a pose together and having a blast! Touchbox Media staff were welcoming, accommodating, and friendly- everyone loved them! The photo booth added a unique touch of charm and an element of fun to our event and we really appreciated their flexibility. They printed and displayed the photos in a matter of seconds, brought fantastic props, and even let us design our own backdrop.
On the day of the wedding, we come along for the ride as observers on the outside looking in. Were not there to turn your day into our photo shoot. At the same time, every picture we take has a purpose. It is a part of the story that we are there to tell.Revealing the real story. We compose a curated collection of pictures that reveal the story as it unfolds, with images that put the viewer right inside the narrative.A blend of journalism & fine art.Awesome wedding photography for us is when the unobtrusiveness of journalism combines with the challenge of creating art. It is capturing the telling detail that is emotionally true but never forced. Achieving this is what motivates us, and why we love what we do.Capturing the emotional truthwithout compromise. We believe the best results come from telling it like it is. The art happens in recognizing the moments when thesetting, subject and mood are in sync and the real story unfolds naturally, without being contrived.
