Don't even know where to begin, my entire experience was 5 star! There was $14000 worth of damage on the bmw but after receiving my vehicle back it honestly looked better than before. James is awesome, so fast yet extremely detailed and and talented. He has done all three of mine at great prices and done so perfect. He gives suggestions to your vision respectfully and with enthusiasm that makes you more excited about your piece. I asked John to invent a way to enlarge my dining room table for Christmas dinner. I did not want him to make another leaf because this is a beautiful old rosewood table, and cranking it open and closed is a lot of work. So John invented and created a plywood top that extends 18 inches past both ends of the table, and now my dining room looks like Downton Abbey. Ingenious! Without Downton Abbey prices.
