Melia was at the front desk both times I had to go in and while waiting I witnessed her deal with several customers who were angry. She was so professional and responded in a professional, sympathetic manner. Each time reassuring the customer that she would do her best to fix the problem. I had a leak in my dishwasher which went thru to downstairs and I had just renovated my kitchen... I found this company did an excellent job in renovating and restoring... You cannot believe the treasures you can find, from exotic tunics to kitchen ware to novels...just keep hunting. Great place with friendly staff and quick product turnover. And always special deals on something. There are several change rooms, but no access to public bathroom.
