We were recommended to speak with Kathy at Jencor Mortgage from our realtor. This was our first mortgage and we were not really sure what we were suppose to do or what we needed to qualify - she was great about walking us through everything (even over the phone) and it really helped us figure out what would be workable for us. As a potential customer I was greeted with enthusiastic sales people that were passionate about riding and not appearing to close a sale. The first person to approach me was Ryan (it was written on his shirt) who educated me on some phenomenal road bikes and then Big Dave who convinced me that I need a Freeride Bike for the summer. They tell me that they have 4,000 bikes on the floor at one time. A great retail experience and I will be back. I can honestly say that this is the only bike shop that I felt I needed to take a photo of.
