2019-03-30th. Today one selling woman just little further on the right side from the entrance by the table have done amazing speech about a product I asked for. For me is important only being fair about a product and people do not have to love me or hate me. If anyone else does something wrong , then of course have to be reported, when comes to the body safety mostly from the customers.
This was a great moment at this Apple RETAIL STORE with asked questiones, that were answered clearly.

I purchased my cell phone there, a month later I came in to have the phone updated and reconfigured. Selena(I hope I have the name right) was in electronics, she was knowledgeable, patient with me and my questions, helped me and answered questions from other customers . A great experience and Iwill come back next time I am in Niagara Falls.

Bought for my 10 year old son he loves it! Does not appear to be cheap. Quality built product. He has drove outside and handles well on ruff surfaces and bumps. My wife and I bought a big screen tv from this location. We got home and when we had it unboxed We discovered the screen was cracked. We so very stressed and concerned that we would have a big process to get the tv replaced. When we tried calling the store there was no answer. We decided to box the tv and bring it back. We were greatly surprised as to how easy it was to get the tv replaced. No discussion, just a direct offer to replace the tv! We were amazed by this great service!
