I've been going here on and off for a long time. Staff is always friendly and welcoming with a relaxing decor. My favorite is Shauna but they have a new girl named Abbi who is someone I will definitely go back to. Friendly, confident and competent I had one of the most unexpectedly amazing experiences I have had ever just by her refreshingly happy and positive outlook which was the icing on the cake. It's been a couple of days and I'm still thinking about it! Enjoy!

Contracted this comapny to build a cedar fence last year and after a winter and rather interesting spring the fence is still looking great with no shortcuts being exposed by the elements. Love this place, the owner cares for their members and the staff are amazing! Have been a member here for more than 4 years, won't move anywhere else. We were members of both Shapes and GoodLife and Never will go back! The free yoga is an added bonus! They don't put up with rowdy or meat heads! Highly recommend this place, you won't get lost and you are not a number like other gyms in the area.
