Gyros is an awesome facility and their staff are amazing as well. I put my daughter here so that she could learn her required tumbling for cheerleading and have had nothing but success. There are a lot if kids in the gym but they all have space to move around and the class sizes are great. I would absolutley reccomend Gyros to anyone looking for tumbling.

I have gone to this office for many years and have found everyone very kind and professional. The advanced MAP readings are terrific and have pointed out problems that an optometrist may not see the conventional way. There is a handy optical centre right in the office where you can fill your prescription right away. There are only two downfalls and both the reason I have to leave. There is not enough parking nor is it handicap accessible. Too bad really but I imagine with the stringent disability laws coming out they will either get a ramp, elevator or move so they will not be in violation.

Meet our Team: Dr. Anna Rae Polyzotis, BA, Hon BA, CRS, CAFCI, DC Dr Anna Rae has been practicing as a Chiropractor since graduating Cum Laude from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1999. She uses a multi-dimensional clinical model, emphasizing an active and psycho-educational clinical approach. This is consistent with the post-graduate program in Chiropractic Rehabilitation and involves regular outcome assessments and the monitoring of resumption of functional activities. It is her objective to extend her expertise and interest beyond the scope of clinical practice by serving the greater community in which she lives, in a valuable way while performing the work that she truly enjoys.
