I was in a hurry to buy a mobile phone for use at a conference on May 23. Jay helped me to set up my new mobile phone efficiently and accurately. He responded well to all my questions. I have used this location for shopping, grooming, Petshotel and Doggie Day Camp and I can't say enough about the staff here. They are helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about their jobs and the animals that they care for. When Shelby sees the big neon sign, she goes out of her mind with happiness. Her trips to the grooming salon always leave her looking great and feeling fabulous. Love this location!

I called on short notice to have 3 grab bars installed in my Mothers bathroom. The person who took my order, Marrita, was very understanding and accommodating. She said she would try to arrange the installation for the following week. The person to whom I spoke about the installation date was also very helpful, and the man who did installation (Wylie) was skillful and friendly. Only 2 bars were needed and Marrita cheerfully and efficiently processed a refund on the phone. Highly recommend them!
