Isabel Weeks-Lambert received her BA from Trinity College, University of Toronto in 1970 and her LLB from the University of Western Ontario in 1976. Ms. Weeks-Lambert was responsible for the franchise law compliance program, including updating and publishing the Franchise Offering Circular, as well as all legal aspects of franchise relationship issues. (now the UPS Store), from 1997 to 1999, where she was again responsible for preparation of the FOC and Franchise Agreement, and compliance with all Federal and State franchise investment, disclosure and registration laws governing franchising. She also provided advice on franchise relationship issues. In addition to two in-house positions with major business franchise companies, Ms. Weeks-Lambert has extensive experience in private practice in franchise law.
