Don't even know where to begin, my entire experience was 5 star! There was $14000 worth of damage on the bmw but after receiving my vehicle back it honestly looked better than before. I can't thank Jarrod enough for his incredibly thorough & persistent management of the cockroaches in my home and rental suite caused by the adjoining duplex. Jarrod went waaaay beyond the call of duty on this one. Because the neighbour’s pest control company didn't follow through, the issue in our home was ongoing, but resolved the day after I finally convinced the neighbours to hire Jarrod.
