Was in a bad car accident and was left with hearing loss and bad ringing in the ears from the air bag. John said some got relief with hearing aids. Insr. was slow at approving and I was on a trial but John really worked with me and extended it as he knows it was helping me. He is a very caring man and really wishes to help people. I am very happy with their service, I had sever pain and it was 6 pm. my dentist was closed, I was trying to reach to any dental office, I called toothport as it was the only office around me open, they got to see me at 7:45 pm. I was amazed by the way everyone treated me and cared about my pain.
