I must say, I am positively surprised with the results of my laser epilation. I have purchased a package of 8 sessions, have done 5 so far, and have noticed significant reduction of the hair mass, especially along my bikini line and arm pits, right in time for the beach season! I used to shave daily, and now I cant remember the last time I used a rasor! And I still have 3 more theatments to go, which will eliminate the hair that is left for good. I purchased a dog training collar 2 months ago at the owner's other store in Pierrefonds.
I brought the unit to his Queen Mary store to show that I had difficulties removing the battery. He told me that this shouldn't be the case. He promptly replaced it with a new training collar. No questions, no travelling, no hassles - great service.
This store also has a vast selection of pet food for all budgets. I highly recommend this store for their staff's expertise and their goodwill :)
