very impressed. The "other' guys wanted a cc # in advance and would not provide a time of arrival & no wkend service. These guys asked for nothing upfront, called ontime on the wkend and explained what was required before the work commenced. They then provided maintenance suggestions. Cant ask for more then that ! Great Service! Peter and his team were the second garage to service my C350. The first one was the dealership for a an oil change. I was shocked at the price! Peter did my next oil change with the same premium oil for significantly less. He has been providing regular quality maintenance on my car ever since. If you want the correct parts and the work done with out cutting corners I would recommend Guelph Import Service.

Highly experienced BMW mechanics. Very reliable and honest and you dont feel like your being given the run around. Answered all my questions with detailed answers and a smile. They even fixed small things that they did not have to at no charge. Customer shuttle service available. Amazing rates and much cheaper then dealership for the same service if not better.
