I called Goldsmith for a second time to transport my dementia mother, dispatch was professional told me what to expect, the cost and time the driver would be there. There was a wonderful young man, Brian, that showed up and greeted mom as if he had known her for years... mom told him stories and he listened intensely. I got Peter at Altex to replace the heat pump in my condo apartment. I am very pleased with the service he offered and the price that was charged. He covered the area where he was working with carpet. He was very clean in his work and installation, taking care to properly staple the wire and install the thermostat unit in a convenient location. I am very pleased, this was an easy transaction from the initial visit for a quote, to my having to reschedule, to the installation. Thank you Peter!
