I have been a long time customer of this branch. Staff is always polite, no hard sell. Actually, Bruce pointed out an issue with 1 of my initial choices. I just recently went in during the pandemic, had to wait a bit outside in my car as they are properly adhering to the govt guidelines of protocol. The staff had to deal with rude customers while I was there, and were polite but firm about the restrictions. I would highly recommend this store and their staff.

Eric and his team do an excellent job in selecting glasses from a really good selection of frames. The staff is very professional and helpful not just when we purchase glasses but in encouraging us to come back to have our glasses cleaned and adjusted. Amy Law spotted a problem with my eyes and thanks to her I was scheduled for surgery to have it corrected. A great team and highly recommended.

This is one of the most amazing eye glass shops I have ever been to . The customer service is above and beyond amazing. The greeted me with warmth and kindness as soon as I entered the store. . the eye exam was done with great care and they took their time to ensure the prescription was accurate, I did not feel rushed or pressured. they provided a tray of treats and they had caramel candies, my favorite. I walked out the same day with the glasses I needed.

My family has been a client of Optimart on Eglinton since they opened. My grandmother was one of the first patrons and seeing the staff treat her convinced us to move our business to them. Our eye exams are performed on spot, we order the glasses of our choice/affordability and voila in a short period of time, we get them. We haven’t experienced any issues to date nor do we expect any. I discovered this place in the Yellow Pages years ago when trying to find a pair of sunglasses. No one understood what I was looking for until I came here. Issac understood what I was saying when i told him I needed sunglasses to make the world duller not brighter because of my sensitive eyes. He recommended a pair of Maui Jim's with a grey lense vs a bronze lense. They wre perfect. Since then have bough reading glasses for my husband, regular glasses for me -amazing selection and they really know their stuff. Finally went in to buy new contacts and he recommended bi-focal lenses vs regular which I love! I now no longer need to wear reading glasses with my contacts.Highly recommend them.
