On February 1, 2012 the Government of Ontario announced that the transformation of Ontario Place into an innovative provincial landmark will commence this year. The transformation requires the partial closure of the site. The following key features will remain open for 2013: The Ontario Place Marina will remain open for seasonal, monthly, overnight and short term slip rentals.
