I bought a 2007 Toyota Sienna from Ishmael and had a great experience. He was extremely forthright and knowledgeable about my vehicle and very patient and creative about finding a financing arrangement with me. He was a pleasure to work with all the way through and 10 months into ownership I am totally satisfied with this vehicle. I was sold the wrong tire rims from a Fountain Tire in Alberta last Spring. When I went to put my winter tires on a week ago, I found out about the mistake. I went to the Pembina Fountain Tire and they took full responsibility and fixed the problem promptly. They contacted the Alberta Fountain Tire, switched my tires to proper rims, and on top of all that- put my winter tires on, free of charge. I am so impressed by their excellent customer service, their integrity and for going above and beyond
