Port Coquitlam Bowl was built in 1950 by the Beattie and Froland families. The Bowling Centre was purchased by the Madaski family in 1958 and remains in the family to this day. The current owner is Brian Madaski.The original Bowling Centre was just six lanes. In 1963, four more lanes were added, and in 1968 another four were added.
