Today, all about "service". I am sorry I did not get the lady's name in produce. The plastic handle on the cart was chipped - unnoticed by me until it sliced my finger. I was walking by.tissue on it for the blood. She asked if I was looking for anything? I said "A bandaid". I explained why - she hurried off, came out with 2 for me. I showed her the chip in the handle - back she went, returned with back tape -husband got out his jacknife, wound tape around, cut it. Perfect.

I purchased a Hyundai car from True Value in mid-September. Now, in late May, the car is still in good running shape and I have no complaints. The sales guy, Steve, was quite helpful in a situation that I was not pleased to be in, having to replace a reliable car due to Ontario's unreasonable safety-inspection standards. My Hyundai was purchased at a good price and hasn't had any serious mechanical issues. Steve even offered to help me touch-up some paint scratches. Recommended.
