Brent gave me nothing but honesty from the start, even recommending NOT having him insulate a part of my home because it would be a waste of money. Got my business because a competitor did not return a scheduled call to perform an estimate. Not an issue here. Brent was always in direct contact with me. Guys doing work were polite and knowledgeable. Mess was cleaned prior to leaving and very reasonsble prices. Now my upstairs is soooo much cooler. Thank you for a tradesman who is honest, timely and fair. He did not feed off of my ignorance towards the products or process. I will be a loyal customer. The owners of this store are excellent people to own and operate this store. I know these people personally and they are very honest owners and I know that they will and do treat their employees with respect and honestly. Been going here for every other day for the better part of two years. Staff is very friendly, and I have never had any problems with my food. Despite the drive-thru line often being full, they are usually pretty quick to get the orders out.
