Newpark is licensed under the Child Care & Early Years Act, 2014 and meets all local and provincial fire, health and safety regulations. Newpark is operated by a Board of Directors. The Board of Directors determines the policies, budget, and fees for the Centre. Parents are welcome to join the Board of Directors. Newpark has been a long-standing member of the Aurora-Newmarket community for 30 years. In April 1986, Newpark Children’s Centre was incorporated as a non-profit organization and three months later, we opened our doors for the first time.

I am a mother of two children with 19 years of experience in providing daycare in my home. I am mother craft certified. I emphasize critical life skills such as sharing, co-operation, manners and learning through play. Pre-school activities include learning numbers, alphabet, large and fine motor skills development through play. Nutritious hot lunch and balanced morning and afternoon snacks are included.
