We had the pleasure of dining at Tiffin's this afternoon with our two children and it was a wonderful experience. The food was exceptional, the portion size was generous, and the service was excellent. Will definitely dine here again! Excellent authentic Pakistani food. Dishes are tasty and well prepared by excellent cooks. This restaurant is real gem, one of the best Pakistani Restaurants in Toronto for sure! The service is the best I have experienced in a south Asian restaurant.

Not only does your food come fast, but it's been marinating for quite some time. This is how Indian food ( and Pakistani) is actually cooked. If you go to an Indian restaurant and you're waiting for an hour and a half for your dish thinking it's going to be fresh and that's how it's made, you're wrong. Indian food takes HOURS to make. The sauces and spices need time to sink into the meat, and they do exactly that at Tika house.
The service is great, they're always on top of your water and they don't expect you to tip!
People might complain about the atmosphere but the reason why they made the place like that is because in India and Pakistan the best tasting places are done up like Tika house so you can focus on the food instead of the decor. The washrooms are very nice though!
Best Indian place in the city. Don't bother going anywhere else.
