The centre includes an NHL-sized ice arena, a 4,500-square-foot fitness centre, fitness studio, 2 squash courts, a 25-metre swimming pool, leisure pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna. The swimming pool and fitness area are open daily from 6 a.m. until 10 p.m. and drop-in rates are reasonable.
