TEAM was first organized as an Association in 1972, with the purpose of conveying the desires and concerns of managers to the Manitoba Telephone System through meaningful dialogue. By 1985, the majority of management employees decided a stronger voice was required for MTS to hear them. Consequently, with this majority, TEAM obtained certification from the Manitoba Labour Board in 1986 to be the bargaining unit for the management employees of the Manitoba Telephone System.

To help keep our customers and colleagues safe, we have implemented physical distancing guidelines in our branches. We are limiting the number of customers in the branch and your wait time may be longer than normal.
Our first hour of operation is dedicated to serve seniors and other vulnerable populations with urgent in-person banking needs. In Quebec, we are serving these customers during regular branch hours with enhanced support for physical distancing.
We ask that you only visit the branch for matters that require in-person assistance. Please do not visit if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been advised to self-isolate due to exposure to COVID-19 or travel.
If you require in-person assistance for borrowing, investing or other financial advice, please book an appointment online, and we would be pleased to serve you.
The Wah-sa Gallery first began in 1976 at 331 Donald St. in Winnipeg when we purchased the gallery begun by Daphne Odjig and her husband, Chester Beavon. The original owners of the gallery were Janice Cardigan, Arlene Rosine and Gary Scherbain. The Wah-sa Gallery has continued the tradition initiated by Odjig who wished to highlight the works of Canadian Woodland Aboriginal artists. Our main emphasis continues to be the Woodland Tradition, centred in Manitoba and Ontario. The Wah-sa Gallery has also published Canadian Woodland Aboriginal limited editions and art cards which we retail through our own gallery and a number of other galleries and outlets across Canada.
