Wonderful help and very nice people. My glasses were finished before the quoted time and there was great flexibility regarding pickup times. They even did one adjustment for completely free. I have been using Hakim Optical for about 10 years now to fill my prescriptions for glasses and they have always given me excellent service. The frames are very stylish and I most times end up buying 2 at the same time with the many deals they have. I have become friends with the staff, in particular Vicky, who is very charming and gives me excellent customer service.
