While it doesn't seem that long, Mike at Crystalflow has been taking care of the extremely unusual water systems in our 175 year old heritage home in North Burlington for almost 10 years. This has included both installation of several pieces of new equipment and ongoing maintenance. After a poor experience with a previous company, I thank my lucky stars I found Crystalflow. Mike is knowledgeable, efficient and patient with our ineptitude. His prices are extremely fair and his customer service the best I have ever experienced in any supplier. What a treat we had in Port Perry after a couple of hours out on the water. The main dining room was full so we were shown a table in a private room which we had all to ourselves. Both the service and the food was excellent. The owner, Christie, was friendly and down to earth making us feel very welcome. A couple of us had food restrictions which were easily accommodated. The homemade ice cream was a exceptional way to end a delicious lunch. I’ll definitely go back!

Why drive all the way to Barrie to a big box store to get you hardwares? I find great service and a fair selection in Alcona. Sometimes I don't find everything I need but I always get greeted by friendly people and very knowledgable about the products. Keep up the great service guys!
