TrevisA little Trevis...After a lifetime of drinking coffee the true passion for roasting was influenced by a number of things. Living in the Seattle, Washington area for 6 1/2 years, fondly known as 'The Great Northwest', before returning to Winnipeg was a real eye opener. Seattle and area played a big part in developing, and still influences the ever-changing Specialty coffee roasting and beverage market. Another factor that solidified the need to roast, not just coffee but specialty coffee, was meeting and learning from a Master Roaster. This Master Roaster's years of coffee roasting experience and dedication to coffee excellence sets a high standard to follow.Trevis Boyd, is in the good company of well trained staff who you will meet when you take a trip down to Dufferin Avenue and enter into the Black Pearl to explore its exotic contents. All of the staff is capable of answering your questions the available coffees including point of origin and blending and roasting methods.
