Going to Goodlife fitness (Brampton & Mayfield), I enjoy working out there because the people including the trainers are very free-spirited and helpful. Good services was provided as expected. There’s one of the staff ,Ash, that’s a hard worker and manages his time pretty well. He doesn’t waste his time and is very observant for every little thing that has to be done in the gym as well. Ash usually welcomes you with great energy and treat you like family.
