The Ontario Federation for Cerebral Palsy (OFCP) is a non profit charitable organization dedicated to supporting people with cerebral palsy (CP) in Ontario. (Charitable Registration Number: 10779 - 7722.) We are an organization committed to supporting independence, inclusion, choice and full integration of all persons with cerebral palsy. The OFCP does this by providing and initiating a wide range of services, resources and programs for people with CP and their families as well as professional organizations. My sessions are client centered, with a compassionate, results-oriented approach. I have extensive experience teaching cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to clients and to other counsellors/ professionals. I view all of us as a work in progress. Sometimes we are simply fine-tuning while at other times we are looking to make significant changes in our lives. We may want to change how we are thinking, feeling, or acting, or to see changes in the results we are getting. We may be looking for skills to help us deal with individuals or situations that we find challenging.
