James was very good from start to finish. Always informative and kept me up to date. In that moment I was never made to feel like a number. However, up until a week ago, they have made me feel like I was just another quota they were meeting for the end of the month. I sent an email about a discrepancy and they have never responded. Knocked out my tooth on a curb one Sunday, Dr. Nohé Sassi happend to be one of the few dentist in the city to be working. Turns out he's not just a wonderful dentist, but a great guy too. We became well aqainted over the year threw a prosses of removing my broken tooth, to fixing chips, getting my smile back to what it was.
