Clean, pleasant staff and top notch products. Private rooms if you don't want to sit and chat with friends in their comfy massage chairs. Reasonably priced and lots of treatments available. Scott did work on a number of renovation projects and did an excellent job. His staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. His recommendations for lighting were right on and I would have no issues using Beetham Electric again.
Only downside is he so busy, he is hard to get a hold of, but I guess that's a good thing.
