Went in for color and highlights, store was very busy but they fit me in. The staff there was amazing and despite being so incredibly busy, my stylist still gave me fantastic customer service. Juan came to fix my toilet, as it was plugged. I needed a new one. He left to buy the toilet and accessories to complete the job. He came back in a timely manner. Completed the job, cleaned up the area and took the old toilet away. I was quite satisfied, as we are seniors and could not have done this work ourselves. I first hired Greater Toronto Lawncare last September to take care of some late-season grass-cutting. They showed up on time and left my lawn looking great. They offered me a flat-rate snow removal service for the winter. I decided to give them a chance, since my previous snow removal company did not always show up. Not only did GTLC show up every time it snowed (including EVERY DAY a brutal stretch in February where it snowed 6 times in 10 days), but they always did a great job.
