Lots of bad comments here, but personally I have never had a better office team experience. I am almost 70 and have been around the block with serious medical problems all my life. 3 different countries, multiple drs. For you who have problems with this office..grow up!

Dr. Chin is the kindest Dr. I ever met in my entire life. No other Dr. accepted the appointment because I was not a Canadian. I was a patient of Dr. Nguyen. He saved my life by diagnosing malignant melanoma at an early stage. I went to him to have some moles removed. He ignored these moles and did a thorough scan of my body with a magnifying glass. He zeroed in on two small black moles no bigger than the head of a pin. He muttered, “this doesn’t look good”, and did an immediate biopsy. Two days later he called me in to say that the biopsy was positive for a particularly aggressive form of melanoma.
