From the first appointment to the end, it was great to deal with Jim. He was very professional and cares about his customers’ needs. We provide customers with quality blinds made-to-order based on the customer’s provided window measurements. Currently, we have four products: Saint Tropez, Roller Shades and Eclisse. Each blind is available in a variety of colours. We provide the customer with the opportunity to request specific fabric samples in order to ensure their final product is right for them.
Additionally, we provide customers with quick video tutorials enabling them to measure their windows, choose materials for custom blinds, and install their completed blinds. Depending on customer need we also provide over-the-phone, email, or video-conference consultations.
