I had a dangerous tree leaning over my house and garage and was worried it might fall towards the house. Dead branches had already caused some serious damage after wind storms. When I called in my main concern was getting it down safely without damaging my house, garage, and pathways. Tyler walked me through the process of rigging and lowering manageable sections slowly down to the ground and to safety. They worked all day taking it down and away bit by bit. Great service! I brought in my old jalopy of a leaf blower/sucker with a broken pull cord. Daria and Tyler helped me get going again and found me some gently used parts at a fraction of the price compared to new instead of pushing for a new sale and were super friendly and knowledgeable while doing so. Instead of waiting 4 weeks they had me off and running in less than an hour. Common sense. Common decency. What a change from the rest of society lately. I wish I had a 6 star rating available.
