Providing dance lessons in a fun, family orientated atmosphere. We provide classes for ages 3 and up. Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Musical theatre, Hip hop, Lyrical and acro. Offering recreational and competitive programs.

Darcy was born in Alberta, Canada and spent her early childhood on a farm west of Granum in southern Alberta. With Darcy’s farm background it is not surprising that her primary focus is western art. She finds inspiration at brandings, cattle drives, rodeos and sometimes in a field at the side of the highway. She sees the animals, everyday activities and gear of the working cowboy as unique and feels there is a story in every painting. Darcy loves to depict people and animals but horses are her particular favourite. She works in oils, pastels, graphite and charcoal. For a number of years her pieces have been juried in the Calgary Stampede Western Showcase. In 2016 her work was juried into the America’s Horse in Art Show and Sale in the AQHA Hall of Fame and Museum in Amarillo, Texas. Her work can be found in the Parks Canada collection and private collections in Canada, the United States and New Zealand.

We apply the philosophies and teachings of traditional Korean martial arts, along with state of the art, modern self defence techniques to achieve total fitness of body and mind.
