My MacBook Pro for a few months, it was getting slower and slower and not connecting properly. I brought it in to the shop, they looked at it for three minutes and made a diagnosis, walked me through what to do in two minutes, I went home and did it and I was all set! They could have easily told me to leave it there for a few hours and I would’ve been none the wiser and would have paid to get it fixed, but that didn’t even occur to them. All our eye exams were comprehensive and detailed. The staff seamlessly moved us through the process while explaining every step of the way and answered all our questions. I left the exam with a clear understanding of our eye care recommendations and wasn't pressured into buying glasses like some other places. The staff was attentive and helpful finding us glasses and teaching my eldest child how to properly put in his contacts. I found the prices fair and reasonable for a professional modern style boutique.
