Our Club in Aldergrove was our first club that was started by Mr. Rahn. It began operation in April of 1998. We started with 4 students and we have grown consistently over the years. Our primary focus is to improve each student we have in our club. Through many trials and tests the club has endured and the students have thrived. Their dedication has never been greater than it is today. In every class there is an emphasis on Courtesy, Loyalty, Respect, Perseverance, Honour, Integrity, and Self-Control. Our main goal is Training people Mentally and Physically! Many programs train its participants physically, but in Songahm Taekwondo we recognize the importance of training people mentally. Our Life Skill Themes are used to develop each individual student. Some of the themes are Black Belt Attitude, Goal-Setting, and Confidence. Since the first class was taught many years ago, the focus of our program has remained the same: to provide students the highest quality martial arts instruction available in a safe and positive learning environment that people of all ages can enjoy. Our instructors combine excellent student instructor ratios with professional training facilities. This has helped establish our schools and clubs as the leaders in the martial arts industry. Each instructor is a graduate of an instructor program that represents more than thirty years of research and development. He or she will be with you every step of the way to help you reach your individual goals (and maybe even reach some new goals you never before thought possible).
At PiDGiN, we see no need for distinctions between casual and fine dining. A restaurant can be both beautiful and comfortable; cuisine can be at once delicate and approachable. As dining perspectives have changed, so too has the line between east and west. Our experiences travelling and working in various continents is reflected in our food, bar, and even on our walls.

Great place for fresh tasty meats and they also have a good selection of spices, rubs and sauces. I usually get the garlic and rosemary marinated chicken (they recently added curry) and the ribs for a feast with the boys. A good amount of fixings too. Read more

We had a lovely table by the window so we had a nice view. Overall ambience is very bright and contemporary. To our benefit the restaurant was not that busy on a weeknight and we parked very close. The service was very good. We enjoyed their daily flatbread special and crab cakes to start. For our mains we went with halibut and osso bucco, both too were very good and cooked just right. And to finish went with a delicious choco molten cake just perfect to share. Read more
