Come taste a yummy creation at Rick's Restaurant & Bar. This restaurant features a variety of pizzas for 11$ to 25$. You can get there by bicycle. They are in a dynamic area known for its nightlife.
Food is edible at best. They are located on base and they charge for delivery, on that very small base. We ordered pizza (terrible pizza) and the person we spoke to was very rude. We were told the delivery person was busy and we would have to wait 3 hours for delivery. We offered to pick it up (this is a very small base pick up was easy) and we were greeted by one of the rudest women I may ever have encountered. The food is overpriced, and not great. And the servicer we felt with was offensive. Read more

Treherne Delahunt Golf and Country Club is a beautiful 9 hole course which plays as 18 holes with alternate tee areas on each hole. With a new clubhouse in 2005, lush fairways and greens, and challenging links, the course is something the community can be proud of. Large oak, poplar and spruce trees line many of its fairways, making most of them tight and unforgiving. This is especially true on the course's most difficult hole, the 460 yard 8th. While not overly long for a par 5, a booming drive is needed to carry the water or lay-up and challenge the 90 degree dog-leg surrounded by trees, water and sand. Other holes worthy of mention are the 2nd and 9th holes, each measuring over 500 yards.
Rural Municipality of Lansdowne is at the center of farming in Manitoba, the 'Keystone Province' of Canada. We have a mixed farming economy, good land, scenic country roads, lots of heritage and one classic small village 'off the beaten track'.The World's Largest Crocus Monument welcomes visitors year-round at the south entrance to Arden (population 150). At the north end of Arden, thousands of natural crocuses bloom each April on a vibrant native Prairie grassland site.
The Village of Arden is a utopian, single-tax community noted for its arts, crafts, and theater. It has a town-meeting form of government. Half the land is forests and greens, which are not taxed. A 'Tree City USA', our tree canopy is 73%. Founded in 1900, the village is on the National Register of Historic Places. Arden is one of three villages known as The Ardens: Arden, Ardentown, and Ardencroft. Each has a separate government. Dwellings are owned by individuals or non-profits but the land is owned by the Arden Trust. Taxes for the village, local schools, and the county are assessed based on each leasehold's square footage of land.
