Club Flex is a 6300 square foot facility providing gym memberships to both men and women with a 450 strong client base. We have a variety of equipment and brands which cater to our members whether the are physiotherapy rehab patients to elite athletes. We carry technogym (best in fitness industry), atlantis, apex, lifefitness, and startack. The equipment includes, trademil, bikes; recumbent and spin, stair stepper and climbers, elliptical, and wave machines. We also have variable cable machines, free weights from 1 lb to 110 lb dumbbelles. Stability Club Flex opened its doors October 1991 to a couple hundred membe's. Sonce our humble beginnings we have renovated, increased our membership as well as the services we provide balls, tension bands, balance boards, you names it we've got it!
