I have been dealing with this location Rona for the past 16+ years. I have had a few minor incidence but nothing to worry about( don’t sweat the small stuff). The staff are great to deal with, they spend time to explain the products. Cashiers, stocking, product counter, returns as well as the yard staff are all great.

Ive never had a bad expreince and always love my nails when they are done and last a long time. The place was clean as always and comfy. I've been getting manicures and pedicures ever since arthritis prevented me from doing my own (over 15 years). This is one of the best places I've ever been to.
The site was clean and airy, the only waiting time was while they filled the footbath with water, and the service was excellent. They did an excellent job, even though I'm *extremely* ticklish. The prices are in line with other places in Guelph.
I've been going there for over 7 years, and won't go anywhere else.
